Bassem Soubra
Chief Executive Officer
During his 30+ years of experience, Bassem assumed key leadership positions and pioneered mega projects, closed major contracts, and built relationships with major accounts in the MENA region. Bassem also played a pivotal role in signing several AT&T Global Network node deployments in the Gulf region, including Saudi and Kuwait. Today as RACKS24 CEO, Bassem is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the company's long and short-term plans, leading the Business Development and steering the company to perform world-class digital transformation for telcos, governments and large enterprises in the region.

Mansour Naufal
Chief Operating Officer
Mansour has 28+ years during which is assumed leadership positions in the fields of datacenter design, business development, project management, quality assurance, system hardware, public key encryption and, he's now leading digital transformation projects for large enterprises and governments; he is responsible for RACKS24 operations and ensuring the continuous evolution of RACKS24's current portfolio of services and the development and implementation of new products and services.

Naji Chakhtoura
Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer
Naji has had many leadership positions managing and coordinating short to long-term growth strategies and initiatives for regional technology enterprises and startups. He experienced hands-on the introduction and evolution of the Internet, Digital Media, Data Center, Managed & Cloud based Services in the Middle East & North Africa region since 1996. At RACKS24, Naji is responsible for strategy & planning, business development and marketing, evaluation of business opportunities and assessment of potential investments and partnerships.
